What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Portland metro area, including Portland, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Clackamas, Gresham, Gladstone, Damascus, Sandy, Troutdale, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, Bull Mountain, and Tualatin. If you're not sure whether your address is in range, just give us a call.
How long has JNR Industries been in business?
Our Portland pressure washing service has been a mainstay in our 25 years of experience in the maintenance business.
Will pressure washing damage my wood deck?
When we work with wood surfaces, we use a low pressure spray nozzle to preserve the patina of the wood deck as much as possible. We match the pressure, tip, and treatment to the surface so it's cleaned safely rather than stripped.
How do you clean around my pool?
When cleaning near a pool, we do our best to press the water and dirt away from the pool as we work.
Do you offer driveway sealing?
Yes. Driveway sealing is available as an optional add-on after we pressure wash the surface.
Do you clean siding and gutters?
Yes — we clean house exteriors and siding, and we also handle exterior gutter cleaning.
Do you handle patio furniture, carports, or sports courts?
Yes — those less-common jobs are part of what we do too, along with patios and pool surrounds.
Do you provide quotes over the phone or online?
We provide quotes on-site, in person, rather than remote bids, so the price reflects what we actually see at your property. Reach out through our contact form or by phone and we'll schedule a visit.
Should I be home when you come to clean?
It's helpful if someone can be home to point out exactly what needs to be done, but it's not required for every job.
What are your hours?
We're available 8am to 8pm, every day of the week.

How do I know when a job is finished?
We keep working on a given surface until you've put your stamp of approval on the job.
